Actress Tsholo Matshaba, née Monedi, who used to play Meme in Muvhango is coming back to our TV screens.
Tsholo is in Mamello, the new drama series that is going to be on SABC 2. Jude Tshisevhe, will also be in the drama series and will be one of the leading men, and the show will be on our screens from 12 August at 21:30.
The drama series highlights the issues of abusive relationships, and in the drama series, we see Tsholo, who plays Keneilwe, escape her abusive relationship by moving to Sebokeng.
The show is definitely going to spice up our tv screens . . . and viewers can expect sex, gangs and drugs as part of the storyline.
“Shooting Mamello was quite a teeth clucking experience. Temperatures were always below 18 degrees. Truly speaking it was a wonderful experience, as much as it was physically and emotionally challenging, it was worth it. The cast was awesome. It was always a party hanging with them,” Tsholo Matshaba said in a statement.
