Kgomotso Christopher is leaving Isidingo
Kgomotso Christopher is leaving Isidingo, after 5 years of being on the show.
She has played the role of Katlego Sibeko, a role that has had its ups and downs, where she has always bounced back. Kgomotso says that it’s a role that she will forever cherish and celebrate.
“But after five years, it was really important for me to find ways to grow outside a role I loved and a place I called home,” she told Drum.
She added that this was the year she felt she had to branch out and move on.
“And sometimes you just have to trust and listen to the universe,” she said.
Fans of Isidingo and Katlego will definitely miss her and her ways, as she brought so much life to her role. Some of the things that Katlego has done were questionable, but they were also entertaining to no end.
“We will miss and thank her for the pivotal and positive part she’s played,” says Sivan Pillay, Endemol Shine CEO. “Kgomotso’s talent, grace, charm and absolute professionalism will be missed by cast, crew and fans alike”.
We can’t wait to see her do some other great roles . . . her last episode is in April the 13th.
