Phat Joe was on Metro FM for the weekend morning radio show between 05:00 AM – 09:00 AM.

East Coast Radio’s Zane Derbyshire confirmed that Phat Joe had joined East Coast Radio.

“Yes, we can confirm that Phat Joe has left Metro FM to join East Coast Radio. The decision was a planned and thought through process to make sure it was a smooth transition for both Phat Joe and us,” Derbyshire explained.

“Phat Joe is a national talent, and well-known to many South Africans. This was an opportunity to bring a big star to the Durban shores, for our listeners. The opportunity to have Phat Joe join East Coast Radio has come about to bring KZN big talent.”
